Service team did what was expected. I take of car was quick and they kept me informed over the month my vehicle was in shop. Still don’t understand why it took so long to diagnose and repair vehicle but have to assume it was volume of repairs compared to labor. Unfortunate that I was not able to obtain a loaner or rental even though my repair was clearly warranty related.
